A simple hotel connected to Taipei Station.

Conveniently connected to Taipei Main Bus Station and Train Station. Near convenience and drug store. Good internet connection.

Only gave one room key for a twin room. So far all hotels I've travelled to gave two. The hotel is a different building from the reception office, which was a bit confusing. It also wasn't well marked and we thought it was just a real estate office than the hotel reception. The room lights were on the dim side.

Very convenient location

Very convenient location above the Taipei bus station and Q Square mall, which are connected to Taipei Main Station, HSR, Airport MRT etc. Clean. Comfortable bed. Facilties in the room work. The only staff member does an energetic job, running the check-in counter and showing guests to their room.

Latest check in time is at 9.00 pm.

Pretty good

Location is pretty good. It is near Taipei bus station and main station. Easy to get to. The room is clean. It has decent size balcony with nice view.

The room is a bit small for 4 persons. The bed is a bit lumpy.

It is reasonable for prices if almost of time you out of the room

The properties is located in downtown area and contact with Taipei station. Therefore, you can go to anyway by easily including with travel to or from airport. Express rail way station also contact the hotel

The main entrance is hard to find. They have small counter at front then their staff will lead you to the room

Great location, decent room.

Excellent location. The room was spacious and comfortable with a sofa, bed, tv, fridge, desk, cupboards, fridge and kettle. It was cleaned and restocked every day. It’s actually a floor of apartments rather than a hotel, and the check in desk is outside and around the corner. It felt a bit shady when I first arrived but it was really safe and convenient.

It was clean enough, but under the cupboard doors and the units was very dusty. The dust transferred to anything out in the floor e.g suitcase. No luggage rack was provided.

Location was excellent for getting around the city, with MRT, trains and buses easily accessible.

If the check-in counter can stay open beyond 9:30pm will be good if we arrive on last evening flight.

the location is very easy to find.

the first time i went there... theres a sofa and a table a kitchen sink with cavinets. but when i go back,the room design change

Good stay, reasonable price great location.

Great big Elroom/studio. had everything I needed. From the balcony I had a great view over the City and Taipei 101. Easy to reach from the airport and the train station. Lot of convenience store just next the the hotel building and even 2 big malls are connected.

There was no TV menu and instructions in English.

Good location but old and tired room

It's right at the Taipei station, but prepare to walk as the station is very big and the room is through one of the small lane, up to what seems like residential building to me.

The reception is only available from 11am to 9pm. We initially wanted to check out early and collect about 10pm as our flight is 245am. So we had to make some changes to check out after 11am and leave luggage and then to collect before 9pm. If your flight time is not so late then it won't be an issue. The room also look old and tired, unlike the pictures. Sofa is heavily stained.

Peaceful stay

I feel very comfortable staying with them. Nice view staying on the top level 16. Feel very peaceful. No much noise outside the corridor. You will not feel hungry. Food is everywhere. Just below the stay there two 7-11 shop, cafe, shopping, supermarket, bus station. Is so convenient. Will be back again.

May be can have shower and shampoo dispenser, that will b great. Other then that... all are great.

Never again, can’t stand lies

We got a room completely different from what is advertised, we called the service desk and asked for an explanation. They said the public facilities are part of the square meters (garden, which is accessible to all people who stay here). The room was less than 18m2 (46m2 is advertised), should have a sitting corner (as shown in the pictures) and a 40 inch flat screen tv (it had an old 32 inch). We called again as we were sort of flabbergasted after the first explanation and now they switched us to a different family room (2 double beds), this room is about 24m2, still half of what is advertised but the best they could do at the moment (does have a 40inch tv now). It’s the weekend here so finding another hotel in such short notice is sort of impossible, otherwise we would have surely cancelled. This advertisement should be taken offline as it’s just straight up lying about what it really is and we still feel scammed being left with no other option than to accept this.
